Our Story

A church with deep roots in Etobicoke

Renforth Church’s story began in 1838 with a small Sunday school in rural Etobicoke led by Ann Elizabeth Mercer. Over the years, the church evolved from Ebenezer Chapel to the present-day Renforth Baptist Church.

Our Vision

We want to be a thriving community of Christ-followers who love God deeply, serve others passionately, and win our neighbourhood to faith in Jesus Christ.

Our Mission

We are committed to reaching out to our neighbourhood with the love of the Triune-God who offers hope for the future, eternal life starting now, and Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
